Andy Dolezalek
Co-Founder
Andy is a multi-certified trainer who has a background in collegiate strength and conditioning. His love for basketball is where he found his passion for becoming a personal trainer. For 3 years he was training athletes at Seattle University and the University of Washington. While he was there he worked with a number of sports teams including Basketball, Football, Baseball, Track & Field as well as Swimming and Softball. This variety of teams helped Andy find his passion of working with people who have a wide variety of fitness goals and ambitions.
He’s been a strength coach for 8 years now and has a passion for helping people find the right form of fitness for them. There are a million different ways that you can work out, it’s about finding what’s right for you. It’s hard to be motivated to get into shape if you don’t like working out in the first place, so let Andy help make the process enjoyable for you.
Cameron Williams
Co-Founder
Cameron “Cam” Williams is a certified strength & conditioning specialist (CSCS), is USA Weightlifting level one certified, and holds an MS in Exercise Science from George Washington University. Cam has over a decade of experience which includes coaching youth and high school athletes, working with adults looking to increase their strength and general fitness, and training college athletes as an Assistant Strength Coach at Georgetown University, and the Head of Strength and Conditioning at both Vassar College and Seattle University.
Cam is also a lifetime athlete competing in both basketball and football in high school, and basketball and track & field in college earning Division III All-American honors in track & field during his junior year.
After college Cam turned to strength sports as an athletic outlet, competing in both Amateur Strongman and Powerlifting, and is currently focused on mastering Olympic Weightlifting.
Cam’s combination of knowledge, experience, and passion for all things athletic allow him to design individualized workouts and training programs that can help you achieve your own fitness and athletic goals.
