OUR Training Philosophy

Permanence is meant to last. Our program is defined by the concept of living a long, healthy, and adventurous life. We aim to create a challenging but lively environment where you can push your body to its physical and mental limits

Available Services

Personal Training

Private training sessions customized to fit your goals. 60 minutes each session. Goals meeting/evaluation is a part of first session.

outdoor adventures

Group Training

Up to 10 people working hard to together to all get better. Offer two different types of classes, conditioning and strength. We are all about Community. Everyone is welcome no matter their level of fitness or experience

remote coaching

Online programming with monthly check ins to make sure program and goals are matching up. Online clients are taken on a case by case basis. For more information on our remote coaching/pricing email info@permanencebymab.com

PARTNER Training

Don't want to do it alone? Get a personalized program still but have a workout buddy there with you to keep you motivated!

Permanence was created from the idea of creating a community where all people and all training styles are welcome. Whether you like to lift weights or are just looking for a place to become a better version of yourself, we would love to help you.
